By enrolling in and participating in dog group classes offered by Respect On Both Ends (the “Program”), I acknowledge and agree to the following for myself, my guests, and my dog(s): 

Release of Liability 

I understand that participating in dog training classes carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury to myself, my dog(s), or others, as well as damage to property. In consideration for participation in the Program, I agree to the following: 

• Release of Claims for Harm to Myself and My Property: I voluntarily waive and release Respect On Both Ends, its trainers, employees, agents, volunteers, affiliates, and all other participants in the class (collectively, the "Releasees") from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my participation in the Program, including any injury or harm to myself, my dog, or my property. 
• Release of Claims for Harm to Others: I accept full responsibility for the actions of my dog and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Releasees from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from my dog’s behavior, including injury or damage caused to other individuals, animals, or property.

Eligibility Requirements 

By enrolling in the Program, I certify that my dog meets the following requirements: 

• My dog is up-to-date on all legally required vaccinations. 
• My dog is in good health and has not exhibited signs of illness (such as coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, or loss of appetite) within the last seven (7) days. 
• My dog has not shown aggressive behavior, bitten, or caused harm to people or other animals. 
• My dog is not a danger to others and is suitable for a group training environment.

Rules & Responsibilities 

To ensure a safe and positive experience for all participants, I agree to abide by the following: 
• I will keep my dog on a non-retractable leash no longer than 6 feet at all times unless otherwise instructed by the trainer. 
• I will maintain full control of my dog during class. 
• I will clean up after my dog and dispose of waste properly. 
• I will follow all trainer instructions and adhere to Program guidelines. 
• I will immediately report any incidents involving my dog to the Program staff. 
• I understand that Respect On Both Ends reserves the right to excuse or remove any participant (human or canine) from class if their behavior poses a risk to others.

This waiver shall be binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
